Potatoes South Africa is an association incorporated under Section 21 of the Companies Act, 1973, Act 61 of 1993 whose main abject is to serve, protect and promote the interests of the South African potato industry. In term of its role in the potato industry it operates as an organisation and its structure represents a network of participating role players and individuals that are involved on the various Forums and committees and that, to a greater or lesser extent, have the development and competitiveness of the industry at heart. The leadership’s primary interest is therefore to build a viable South African potato industry.
